Bakkerij Bezekoek

Artisanal bakery Bezekoek chose the ‘Full’ package to capture the authentic heart of their family business. I started this reportage starting late at night, photographing the baker hard at work in the heat of the summer night. By morning, I transitioned seamlessly to capturing the fresh products, the lively shop, and guests enjoying the tearoom.

Photographing real craftsmanship is a core passion, making a traditional bakery an ideal subject. Given total creative freedom, I documented their craft through my own lens, capturing every raw detail and moment of dedication. Despite the intense summer heat near the ovens, the energy of the night made time stand still.
